Statute
- The receptionist is the guardian, advisor and informant of our guests. Open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- The room is rented for 24 hours. The stay period lasts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day. If the Guest did not specify the duration of stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day. The guest should report the wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival at the reception desk by 9:00 a.m. on the day of check-out. The property will accommodate requests to extend your stay, subject to availability.
- The guest should pay the fee for the stay and additional charges resulting from the services ordered after check-in at the latest upon check-out. The property does not accept payment by transfer after the service has been provided. In case of cancellation of the stay during its duration, the facility does not refund the fee for the unused period of stay.
- Failure to leave the room by 11:00 on the day of check-out without reporting it to the reception is treated as an extension of the stay for another 24 hours. The fee for the additional period of stay will be charged based on the prices applicable on the date of extension.
- At check-in, all guests are required to register. The basis for checking in is to present an ID document with a photo at the reception and sign the registration card.
- The guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he/she paid the fee for the stay has not expired.
- Unregistered persons may stay in the room from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The facility observes night silence from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- The facility provides services in accordance with its standard. In case of any reservations regarding the quality of the services provided, the Guest is asked to report them at the reception.

The facility is obliged to provide:
- conditions for complete and unrestricted rest for the Guest,
- security of stay, including maintaining the secrecy of information about the Guest,
- professional and courteous service,
- room cleaning and changing towels. -
At the Guest's request, the facility provides the following services free of charge:
- providing information related to stay and travel,
- wake-up at the designated time,
- ordering a taxi, flowers. - The facility's liability for loss or damage to items brought by the Guest to the facility is regulated by regulations art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. The guest should notify the reception about the damage immediately after discovering it. The facility's liability for loss or damage to money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception. The property reserves the right to refuse to accept high-value items or large amounts of money for deposit.
- The facility is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in the parking lot or outside the facility.
- The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of items, equipment and technical devices resulting from his or her fault or that of the people visiting him. The guest should notify the reception about the damage immediately after discovering it. The facility has the right to pursue claims in connection with damage occurring on the premises both during and after the stay.
- The property accepts guests traveling with pets for an additional fee. However, the Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused by them. Animals must be kept tethered in public areas. For hygiene reasons, they cannot be brought into the restaurant.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the facility. A fee of PLN 500.00 is charged for violating the ban.
- For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use heaters, kettles and other electrical devices that are not part of the room equipment in the rooms. This does not apply to chargers and computer power supplies.
- Personal items left by the departing Guest in the room will be sent back to the indicated address at his/her expense. If such an instruction is not received, the facility will store the items for three months.
- In the event of violating the provisions of the regulations, the facility may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the facility staff, in particular to pay for any damage and destruction, and to leave the facility premises.
- The facility may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the regulations during the previous stay or immediately terminate the contract for the provision of hotel services to an already registered person who has caused damage to the property of the facility or Guests or personal injury to Guests, facility employees or other persons or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of guests or the operation of the facility.
